skinning doors on 08 Dodge Avenger

Two issues: First, is 5.9 hours sound right to skin a left rear door of an 08 Dodge Avenger? According to the estimate I received today everything that needed to be R & I'd s listed as include. With no mention of time for R & I'n the actual door itself. Secondly, for future use, does anyone know of a tool to install the skin on this vehicle, and similar others, where it is impossible to hammer out the fold inside the window run/track? I usually use a skinning hammer & dolly with the double sided molding tape covering the dolly and Astro's pnematic skinning tool.
